廉署起诉上市公司时任主席涉嫌收贿2,000万港元 以促成大连房产收购项目
廉政公署今早(10月9日)落案起诉一名上市公司时任主席，控告他涉嫌从一名大连房地产开发商股东收受贿款2,000万港元，致使该上市公司以4.4亿人民币购入当地一个房地产项目。案件今日在东区裁判法院提讯。
张亚东，58岁，绿城中国控股有限公司(绿城中国)时任主席，被控一项串谋使代理人接受利益罪名，违反《防止贿赂条例》第9(1)(a)条及《刑事罪行条例》第159A条。
控罪指被告涉嫌于2020年1月至2023年3月期间，与一名中间人、一名大连房地产开发商股东及被告的儿子等人串谋，收受该名股东贿款2,000万港元，致使绿城中国取得该房地产开发商的股权。
廉署调查发现，涉案股东自2019年起已向绿城中国推销大连一个房地产项目，其后被告涉嫌透过涉案中间人向该股东索贿，促成绿城中国以4.4亿人民币购入有关项目。涉案贿款怀疑经由该中间人，分多笔款项存入被告儿子的银行户口。
绿城中国在廉署调查案件期间提供全面协助。
