廉署起訴上市公司時任主席涉嫌收賄2,000萬港元 以促成大連房產收購項目
廉政公署今早(10月9日)落案起訴一名上市公司時任主席，控告他涉嫌從一名大連房地產開發商股東收受賄款2,000萬港元，致使該上市公司以4.4億人民幣購入當地一個房地產項目。案件今日在東區裁判法院提訊。
張亞東，58歲，綠城中國控股有限公司(綠城中國)時任主席，被控一項串謀使代理人接受利益罪名，違反《防止賄賂條例》第9(1)(a)條及《刑事罪行條例》第159A條。
控罪指被告涉嫌於2020年1月至2023年3月期間，與一名中間人、一名大連房地產開發商股東及被告的兒子等人串謀，收受該名股東賄款2,000萬港元，致使綠城中國取得該房地產開發商的股權。
廉署調查發現，涉案股東自2019年起已向綠城中國推銷大連一個房地產項目，其後被告涉嫌透過涉案中間人向該股東索賄，促成綠城中國以4.4億人民幣購入有關項目。涉案賄款懷疑經由該中間人，分多筆款項存入被告兒子的銀行戶口。
