遭廉署起诉厨具供应商承认贿赂食肆经理涉订单金额一成半
廉政公署早前起诉一名厨具供应商，控告她行贿一名中式食肆采购经理以获发厨具订单，涉及贿款为订单金额一成半。被告今日(8月13日)在观塘裁判法院承认控罪。
赖亚好，56岁，卓展厨具设备有限公司(卓展厨具)东主，承认一项向代理人提供利益罪名，违反《防止贿赂条例》第9(2)(b)条。
署理主任裁判官李志豪将案件押后至11月12日再提讯，以待被告向控方提供协助，期间被告获准保释。
案情透露，经营中式食肆的福临门集团(福临门)于2022年12月准备在九龙湾开设分店，其采购经理因而向卓展厨具发出多张厨具订单。
被告承认于2022年12月25日，就当中三张总值逾79,000元的厨具订单，向该名采购经理提供非法回佣，并以订单金额的一成半计算，即约12,000元。
福临门在廉署调查案件期间提供全面协助。
控方今日由廉署人员李丽莹代表出庭。
