遭廉署起訴廚具供應商承認賄賂食肆經理涉訂單金額一成半
廉政公署早前起訴一名廚具供應商，控告她行賄一名中式食肆採購經理以獲發廚具訂單，涉及賄款為訂單金額一成半。被告今日(8月13日)在觀塘裁判法院承認控罪。
賴亞好，56歲，卓展廚具設備有限公司(卓展廚具)東主，承認一項向代理人提供利益罪名，違反《防止賄賂條例》第9(2)(b)條。
署理主任裁判官李志豪將案件押後至11月12日再提訊，以待被告向控方提供協助，期間被告獲准保釋。
案情透露，經營中式食肆的福臨門集團(福臨門)於2022年12月準備在九龍灣開設分店，其採購經理因而向卓展廚具發出多張廚具訂單。
被告承認於2022年12月25日，就當中三張總值逾79,000元的廚具訂單，向該名採購經理提供非法回佣，並以訂單金額的一成半計算，即約12,000元。
福臨門在廉署調查案件期間提供全面協助。
控方今日由廉署人員李麗瑩代表出庭。
