廉署起诉加密货币找换店前职员 涉收贿私下转移客户交易900万港元
廉政公署今日(9月30日)落案起诉一名加密货币找换店前职员，控告他涉嫌收受贿款，暗中将找换店客户转移用他人加密货币钱包进行多项泰达币买卖，三个月内交易总额接近900万港元。
洪栢锨，31岁，一宗贸易(香港)有限公司(一宗贸易)前客户服务及营运助理，被控一项串谋使代理人接受利益罪名，违反《防止贿赂条例》第9(1)(a)条及《刑事罪行条例》第159A条。他获准保释，星期五(10月2日)在粉岭裁判法院答辩。
一宗贸易在香港经营数间加密货币找换店，提供现金买卖加密货币服务。被告案发时为上水分店的职员，负责与客户进行交易，过程中必须使用该公司的加密货币钱包。
控罪指，被告涉嫌于2023年8月至11月期间，向两名男子收受贿款，并将找换店客户的加密货币买卖转移，利用二人提供的加密货币钱包进行交易。被告在每个促成交易的日子可获200港元报酬。
廉署早前接获贪污投诉遂展开调查，发现被告在三个月内，涉嫌使用上述二人提供的加密货币钱包，私下与该公司客户进行多项交易，牵涉现金买卖逾110万枚泰达币(折合接近900万港元)。
一宗贸易在廉署调查案件期间提供全面协助。
