廉署起訴加密貨幣找換店前職員 涉收賄私下轉移客戶交易900萬港元
廉政公署今日(9月30日)落案起訴一名加密貨幣找換店前職員，控告他涉嫌收受賄款，暗中將找換店客戶轉移用他人加密貨幣錢包進行多項泰達幣買賣，三個月內交易總額接近900萬港元。
洪栢鍁，31歲，一宗貿易(香港)有限公司(一宗貿易)前客戶服務及營運助理，被控一項串謀使代理人接受利益罪名，違反《防止賄賂條例》第9(1)(a)條及《刑事罪行條例》第159A條。他獲准保釋，星期五(10月2日)在粉嶺裁判法院答辯。
一宗貿易在香港經營數間加密貨幣找換店，提供現金買賣加密貨幣服務。被告案發時為上水分店的職員，負責與客戶進行交易，過程中必須使用該公司的加密貨幣錢包。
控罪指，被告涉嫌於2023年8月至11月期間，向兩名男子收受賄款，並將找換店客戶的加密貨幣買賣轉移，利用二人提供的加密貨幣錢包進行交易。被告在每個促成交易的日子可獲200港元報酬。
廉署早前接獲貪污投訴遂展開調查，發現被告在三個月內，涉嫌使用上述二人提供的加密貨幣錢包，私下與該公司客戶進行多項交易，牽涉現金買賣逾110萬枚泰達幣(折合接近900萬港元)。
