Partnering with governance professionals to foster corporate integrity
On 23 October 2026, the Private Sector Integrity Centre (PSIC) welcomed participants of a training programme organised by the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) for senior management of H-share listed companies and governance professionals to the ICAC.
Around 50 participants toured the ICAC Exhibition Hall, gaining insights into Hong Kong’s anti-corruption journey and the ICAC’s strategies and achievement through an immersive experience. Ms. Yvonne Chan, Deputy Executive Director of PSIC, delivered a seminar titled "Corporate Integrity Culture: The Critical Role of Governance Professionals" to around 100 participants attending in person and online. Using illustrative cases, she examined corruption risks in listed companies, explained key provisions of Hong Kong’s Prevention of Bribery Ordinance, and encouraged governance professionals to strengthen corporate integrity management systems to prevent corruption and enhance corporate governance.
PSIC will continue to partner with professional bodies to promote professional ethics, integrity management, and sound corporate governance across the private sector.
