If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning, or Extreme Conditions 3 hours before the start of the webinar, or if the Warning Signal or Condition is still in effect, the webinar will be postponed. Participants will receive an email from the system regarding the updated webinar date.
General Arrangement
- The webinar schedule will be updated monthly. All webinars are free of charge, and are conducted via Zoom.
- Quota is on a first-come, first-served basis, while vacancy lasts. If there are insufficient participants, the course will be cancelled, and we will contact participants individually to make other arrangements three days before the course date.
- To ensure you receive your unique webinar link, do not use the same email address for multiple registrations. The system sends only one automated confirmation email from Zoom per address.

(Note: This does not apply to insurance industry CPD courses.) - Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for the Insurance Industry: Successful registrants will receive an email with course information from the Secretariat of HKBEDC at least two working days before the course date.
Group Registration
Size limit: If your group is over 50 people, please contact us prior to enrolment.
Logistics: The organisation's contact person will receive a Zoom email with a unique link to distribute to participating employees. The contact person of the company/organisation should arrange for employees to use the same link to participate in the webinar, and keep relevant attendance records if needed.
Records: Only the company/organisation's contact person will receive the post-webinar attendance confirmation. No individual emails will be sent to individual employees.
CPD credits: Please inquire with the relevant professional bodies or associations for CPD hours/credits application details.
Attendance Record
- Please keep your attendance confirmation records properly. The Secretariat cannot re-issue attendance records three months after the webinar.
- CPD courses for the Insurance Industry / Courses for the Financial Services Industry: Participants who attended the webinar via their unique link and meet the attendance requirements will receive an attendance confirmation email from the PSIC Secretariat within two weeks after the course ends, detailing the webinar hours.
- All other courses: Participants who attended the webinar via the unique link will receive an attendance confirmation email from Zoom, 24 hours AFTER the course ends.
